siang mommy.... only tod's library is like this..cos adults like us use NRIC but their BCert are too big for that machine hahaha...
if u wan.just rem Siang's BC no and bring ur i/c no and go the library e-Kiosk and apply for a card for him. The card will be printed and dipensed thru a slot at the bottom of the machine (yes, stupid me still stand there and wait not knowing that the card had landed on the slot near to my feet :P)
Have fun, cos it will allow u to borrow 4 more books! :)

OH...now library card look like that? still the same rule apply?
